Hygiene recommendation and appliance hygiene
Over time, germs and unpleasant smells can
build up in the washing machine. To prevent this,
we developed the hygiene recommendation.
The appliance issues an alert if a programme at a
temperature of at least 60 °C has not been used for
some time, and recommends running the appliance
hygiene programme that is included with higher
convenience levels (without laundry). Alternatively,
a regular wash at a temperature of at least 60 °C can
be selected. The washing machine thus remains
hygienically clean throughout its entire service life.
WetClean – gentle cleaning
WetClean treats 昀椀ne and delicate garments more
gently than hand washing thanks to the moderate
back-and-forth movement of the drum.

Favourites – your favourite programme at the
touch of a button
Six programmes of your choice can be stored using
the Favourites function. Your favourite programmes
can thus be called up quickly and easily – and
changed at any time if required.
eco 40 – 60
The new eco 40–60 programme is an energy-saving
wash programme that replaces the standard 40 °C
and 60 °C programmes. Normally soiled cotton
garments labelled for washing at 40 to 60 °C can be
washed together using the same programme.
