CombiSteamers and CombairSteamers.
CombiSteamers
For over twenty years now, our popular combisteam cookers have been combining steam
functions with hot air to produce perfect results.
When using the soft roasting or professional
baking settings, for example, the hot air ensures
that a good heat is achieved, while the steam and
the Electronic Steam System (ESS) maintain a
suitable level of humidity. This stops the food from
drying out and keeps its surface crispy and golden
brown. CombiSteamers are the perfect add-on
for an oven – the two appliances offer full 昀氀exibility
when cooking.
Our new CombiSteamer V6000 45M PowerSteam
offers even more possibilities in a single appliance.
It combines a fully-昀氀edged combi-steam
cooker with a high-quality microwave oven.
Simultaneously using the three operating modes
– hot air, steam and microwave – makes it possible
to achieve unique cooking processes, faster but
gently as only steam can achieve.

CombairSteamers
Our CombairSteamers are feature-rich ovens
with additional steam functions. They offer the
classic functions of an oven such as hot air, top/
bottom heat and grill, and can also activate certain
functions of a steamer as required.
Appliance sizes
Different heights make it possible to design
kitchens tailored to individual preferences.
Appliances can be combined in several ways
such as next to each other, on top of each other or
arranged in a cube with a WineCooler, for example.
