Convenient and easy to clean
Thanks to their external steam generator, cleaning our steam cookers is
particularly easy. The manual effort required to clean the appliances remains
at an absolute minimum.
Cleaned and ready to go again in no time
Cleaning the oven is a quick job. The shelf
supports can be removed for unobstructed
cleaning. Another reason cleaning is so easy is
that the steam is produced in an external steam
generator. As a result, only pure steam gets into
the oven so no limescale can form in the 昀椀rst place.
A climate sensor monitors the humidity during
steam cooking and controls the optimal quantity of
steam – so at the end, there is practically no water
left. The appliance also lets you know the best time
to descale the steam generator – a process that
can be done using an automatic programme.

Easy to clean thanks to innovative technology
and a puristic design
The new steam cookers and CombiSteamers
with stainless steel cooking space can be
made to sparkle with very little effort. Managed
programmes remove the dirt automatically.
For stubborn dirt, we have developed a special
cleaning product – SteamerCleaner.
The residual water in the cooking space largely
evaporates off by itself thanks to bottom heat.
The small amount of remaining water collects in
a new embossed area on the base of the cooking
space – and can be removed completely with a
single wipe.
