Intuitive and easy to clean
Thanks to the features, design and materials used, operating and cleaning
ovens and cookers is particularly easy. The puristic design focuses not only
on aesthetics and ergonomics, but also on effortless cleaning.
Easy to use
Small ledges at the front edge of the shelf supports
make it easier to quickly push the shelves in and
securely position baking trays and wire racks. And
to prevent the food in the oven from tipping over
or slipping, the appliance can additionally be 昀椀tted
with fully extending runners. These allow you to
slide the shelf and the food completely out of the
oven with just one hand, making it easier to turn
the food over or add sauces. The fully extending
runners are easy to 昀椀t.
Easy-care design
With their 昀氀ush fronts, the ovens have no adjusting
knob, and appliances at convenience level V6000
are even available without handles on request.
Their puristic design makes exterior cleaning
considerably easier. If there is a handle, it is made
from a single piece of metal, so there are no cracks
where dirt can accumulate. The Combair V4000
and V6000 are available with the pyrolysis option
(self-cleaning ovens).
The appliance door can be removed for easy
cleaning. If it is extremely dirty, the door can even
be dismantled to remove the glass panel.
Removing the door also provides unobstructed
access to the interior of the appliances. The lower
heating element is built in beneath the base of the
oven, thereby providing a smooth surface that can
be easily cleaned with a cloth.

Pyrolysis or TopClean:

Ovens with pyrolysis more or less clean
themselves: With the special pyrolytic cleaning
programme, the cooking space is heated
to an extremely high temperature and dirt is
transformed into ash, which can be wiped away
with a damp cloth.
The tough brilliant enamel, concealed lower
heating element and removable shelf supports
make cleaning easier. Appliances with the
high-tech TopClean coating are even easier to
clean, as less residue adheres to the oven and
baking tray. TopClean comes as standard for
all appliances at convenience level V4000 and
above.
