Space-saving
The range hood is positioned directly in the
cooktop. Its low-pro昀椀le motor with integrated
extractor unit leaves plenty of space free beneath
the cooktop for storing pots and pans. When used
in recirculation mode there’s no need to shorten
drawers, even in 60 cm-deep kitchen units.
Easy to use, clean and maintain from above
The redesigned inlet trough means the metal
grease 昀椀lter and activated charcoal 昀椀lter can
be quickly, intuitively and safely removed from
above through the inlet opening. There’s no need
to remove cupboard fronts or drawers. Cooking
condensation and liquids that have boiled
over are collected in the 175 ml 昀椀lter cassette.
This is suf昀椀cient for all cooking mishaps and
condensation. The drip tray beneath the 昀椀lter
cassette has an additional capacity of 350 ml.
ZoneFlex: automatic bridging function
The innovative ZoneFlex induction technology
gives you a new type of 昀氀exibility when cooking
with the CombiCookTop V4000. The two cooking
zones automatically recognize the size and
position of saucepans. The four inductors connect
with no manual intervention to form a bridge. Pans
can be moved around within the two zones as
required without losing the pre-set power level.
Intuitive operation and helpful functions
Operating the cooktop is intuitive using the single
slider control on the multilingual touchscreen
graphic display. The display automatically switches
itself off when not in use. A wide variety of functions
such as melting, warming, simmering and the
automatic boost function make everyday cooking
as easy as pie. Using the ventilation function,
the extractor provides clean air even if no cooking
is in progress.
