The parts in our appliances are easy to remove for cleaning.
Hoods and metal grease 昀椀lters
The 昀氀ush-昀椀tting built-in LED light and absence
of troublesome edges and corners that can trap
dirt enable effortless cleaning of the hood. Even
the interior of the hood can be easily cleaned with
a damp cloth. The metal grease 昀椀lters on some
models are attached with magnets (ComfortFix)
and can be safely removed for cleaning and then
replaced. Most appliances let you know as soon
as their metal grease 昀椀lter needs cleaning – all
the metal grease 昀椀lters are dishwasher-safe.
Activated charcoal 昀椀lter
The activated charcoal 昀椀lters can be easily
removed and on some models, they can be
regenerated. The most ef昀椀cient long-life plus
activated charcoal 昀椀lter can be cleaned by a
process of thermal regeneration every three
to six months by placing it in the oven. The
long-life activated charcoal 昀椀lter can be cleaned
in the dishwasher and then dried in the oven.
The standard activated charcoal 昀椀lter consists
of an individual mixture of activated charcoal
and has a lifespan of six months to 昀椀ve years.
Drip tray for cooktop hood
No need to worry if anything boils over.
The cooktop hood has a drip tray with a
capacity of 500 ml. It can simply be lifted out
of its holder together with the metal grease
昀椀lter and cleaned in the dishwasher.
Cleaning the cooktop with integrated
range hood
The metal grease 昀椀lter cassette of the
CombiCookTop can simply be lifted out of
its holder together with all its components
and cleaned in the dishwasher. The drip tray
located beneath the 昀椀lter cassette is easily
accessed from above and can be cleaned
with a sponge or kitchen cleaning cloth. The
highly effective and hard-wearing long-life plus
activated charcoal 昀椀lter can be regenerated
in the oven, and lasts around three years.
