Camilla Douraghy Fischbacher is the Creative Director of Fischbacher 1819,
a sixth-generation family-run textile company with over two centuries of
history. Half American and half Iranian, with a background in the humanities
and in fine art photography, she has pushed the brand towards a more contemporary aesthetic, from a renewed visual language to the early adoption of
recycled fabrics, guided by an instinctive sense of beauty and the courage
to make bold choices.
