of simple
When Tanja Grandits opened the restaurant Schlüssel in Oberwil, it was meant
to be temporary – a bridge while her Michelin-starred Stucki was being renovated. Instead, it evolved into something more personal, a place shaped around
her favourite word – Einfach, which means simple in German. Green walls,
paper lamps and oak furniture create exactly the feeling she had in mind: that
of her own home.
