Three wines
not to be missed
BREZ GRAND CRU
Brez is a precise, mineral Chasselas,
as straight as an arrow. It embodies
complexity and refinement, with
the structure and depth required
to express the true character of the
Vaudois terroirs. It was selected
by Mémoire des Vins Suisses as a
benchmark for the ageing potential
of Swiss wines.
PETIT CLOS GRAND CRU
The Petit Clos vineyard originates
from Laura’s mother’s side of the
family, whose members were also
involved in winemaking. Planted
with old vines on clay soils, it is
home to a living conservatory of
Chasselas, where historic mutations are preserved. A long-term
project aimed at rediscovering the
different subtypes of this variety.
CURZILLES
Curzilles is a plot in Féchy where
several grape varieties grow side
by side. They are harvested at the
same time, fermented together,
and matured for one year in clay
eggs, perfectly embodying Domaine
La Colombe’s philosophy of terroir.
